well the reason that this is a huge deal is that it has conquered the problem of balance, no other robot before this had, if you notice, some of the time they will stand on one foot, thats just kinda showing off, hey we've fixed the balance problem, thats why this is so big.

Ramen has a good point, didnt realize that myself. Also, if you check ou the comercial dope had posted above me it shows off more of what he said. They are really showing off by having the little guy leaning like 15-25* to the side. Pretty nifty.

Crazy Japanese dancing robots!!! Expect robots to get better and better as technology improves, and humans become lazier and lazier as new technology makes it even easier. Just look at electro markers for example
