    Dye Lock Lids

Has anyone used these? How are they? The page says coming soon for order info, and pbgear.com keeps showing them out of stock rather than pre-orders or whatever.

    I want to know more!

I had 4 of these at one point, but I have a nasty habit of leaving pods on the field. The lock lids are very nice, but you have to re-learn how to open pods, which i didn't like. In the end, they just proved too expensive for my tastes, and I found a company called virus paintball that makes pods similar to fatboys for about a dollar a pod. So I bought 20

They are all right, nothing spectacular. The release is a push down rather than up and it gets pretty beat up after awhile. I find that they don't wear well and, like any pod if dropped,it can pop open.

They're 3.99 at pbgear.com, where fatboys are 3.49. So, IMO they are not overpriced.
