the eggy is fast but back heavy, the weakest point on them is feedneck and lids( i think)
the revy is pretty strong but not as fast, more centralized weight, there was a bad batch of shells on them too i believeI knew not what I did but am now edumacated -
The egg2 is the faster version of the two. In the first run of Eggs (the first eVLUTION) they had some serious quality control issues. The feed neck would break. The hopper lid would snap off, etc etc. The new Eggs, so far as I have heard, have been wonderful. I haven't heard of any poor quality, and they truly do feed at 18bps...

Revys are better. They NEVER break. Just take your time, research, get yourself some PRE-BRASS EAGLE shells, an x-board, and a vortex impellar. You will be all set and that is fast enough. You don't need 18 bps.
I have owned two Eggs and both broke. I am all revys now and they are the best. Either that or a Reloader.
Halo TSA is also a good choice.
