Now I'm no lawyer or anything, but in reference to the SP v. AKA case, this seems like it could be some excellent gounds for Prior Precedent....

I would like to officially say that I have no official stance on the whole SP situation. I own a Freak Kit that I bought BEFORE the whole lawsuit thing, and I have no plans to sell it...

The Acacia Patent (Streaming Video) suit bears striking resemblance to the SP patent suit. It would seem to me that if Acacia looses any of it’s suits they could be used as precedence in an SP suit.
