        I have absolutely no problem with people having large(memory wise) signatures, asuming they are under 1 meg in size. Large sized (onscreen) sigs don't bother me too much, but having to scroll past them every other post is annoying.

        I'm not trying to pass a rule that FORCES you to post your sig once, I just feel it would be advantageous for everyone involved, we would have to scroll less, the whole forums would be faster as less trips to the SQL server are needed.

        In another forum I post in (http://forums.somethingawful.com Factfans!) it is so densly populated that any sig over 800k, 2 pictures or 2 lines of text are toned down. The webmaster has also had to reduce the number of active connections to the SQL server as it crashes within 15 minutes of being turned on at full capacity.

        Its not like its a hardship or anything, just have a little consideration
