    Retro valves

I tried a friends Emag valve in my classic the other day w/ my preset tank (850 psi, i think). The thing ripped like crazy, definite bounce that I am positive would not be tournament legal. Im not sayin that i dont like it, cuz i definitely do, but I know that tournments wont accept it. If i bought an Xvalve I am guessing I would have the same problem...crazy bounce, is there any remedy to this besides buying an adjustable tank, which I dont feel like spending the money on.

You need the correct on/off pin assembly.

Emag valves are either .712 or .728 depending on their design (one oring or two).

Classic bodies/rails need a .750 pin. That's why it was so illegal. When you buy an Xvalve, it comes with the .750 pin.

how would you get this shorter on/off?

my friend's rt valve wont work on his classic, b/c of that lenght, but i dont know what to do about it... since theres not much i can think of

and if the xvalve comes w/ a .75 or w/e the number
is it universal for... emags, rt mags, and classic mags?

I do know the AO sig rules, I just want a free sig pic, that's all!

        RT Pro is .765
        The Classic/ReTro/Xvalves are .750
Older 1 oring Emags are .728
Xmags and newer 2 oring Emags are .712

When you put an Xvalve into an Emag, you swap the on/off assembly and orings.

To get a new pin, you order from AGD or Tunaman. Simple.

Lol I love retroed mags. I was sitting at the table at our field playing w/ my teammates back up and I started ripping on it (making it bounce) everybody turned there heads (cause it was fast as crap) then saw the marker and were like .

Yes, but....most likely you'll just get runaway.

I have a Retrovalve on a classic frame, and found that .745 pins work, but .740 is too short - runaway city. Somewhere in between might be perfect. Depending on your gun, your milleage may vary.

Just for info: the stock pin in the Retrovalve is .750.
