I would take that turtle it is on of the nicest cockers out there not to mention the lightest. is it an orracle body or a regular WGP? if you dont like it you can sell it for sooooooo much on ebay or trade it for almost any gun out there. you can check them out at www.turtlecockers.com. i think thats the site.Comment

hmmm, either keep something that works all the time, is extremely light, faster than anything out there, and looks good, or trade it for something that will not be as fast, probably will not work half the time, but, is small. tough choice, but its yours to make.Tequila Fade Defiant w/ mad ups F/S CHEAP!!!

Where the hell do these people come up with this information? They'll both shoot faster than any loader out, they'll also both work fine provided you maintain them. Generally, the cocker will have less maintenance though (a drop or two of oil is easier than tearing a marker down to regrease it).Originally posted by barberjohn

I am not really partial to Timmies.
I really love cockers.
But in spite of that , I would tell you to keep the Timmy.
I have a "micro" cocker and once I started having trouble with it , I have never been able to make it work right since.
The parts for it are hard/impossible to find.Different 3 way rod , different bolt and block.Impossible to adjust bolt travel in the timing.......Just a royal pain in the buttocks.
This is a pic of the one I have.I converted it to a 99 full sized body for ease of care and so it would actually work instead of being a great paperweight.
Well I can't post pics again...oh wellComment

I can tell you have never shot a Lasoya Timmy before. Mitch Karns former captain of Detroit Thunder has a WAS board in his and it shoots ropes. I've not shot a nicer gun. It might be very illegal with bounce and all but will outperform mostly all cockers.Originally posted by abarnhar
Anything with Lasoya's name on it is blah. Get the turtle, it has class.
I'm not a fan of turtles but the Freeflow half-blocks are very nice so the turtle might also be sweet.
Up to you try to see what is comfortable for you.www.teamrhythm.net
Rhythm milled freeflow cocker with E-blade...it's so nice having your own gun!!!

I'd take the cocker, myself. The tutle's got style, class and...well...it's not one in a thousand on the assembly line.Comment

But in this case, there is no 3 way rod, don't know why you'd want another bolt but you could buy one now no problem and you shouldn't have a problem with the backblock. The bolt travel is adjusted the same way it always was and the timing is controlled electronically.Originally posted by punkncat

There is no adjustment for bolt travel on a cut down cocker. There is no cocking rod protuding from the rear of the marker, and the back block is relocated forward and milled in half. The block catches a "nubbin" that is tapped into the hammer to recock.Originally posted by FallNAngel

On mine you cannot use any other bolt than the one that was made for it.Comment

Ahh, I thought you meant the backblock position... dunno why I thought that though. I know all about halfblocks / turtles, just got confused there for a minute. In either case, I'm sure if you really need a bolt made for it, you could find someone that could make one for you.Originally posted by punkncat
