    2k vs 99 cocker question

I know the 2k bolts were a different size than the 99 bolts on autocockers.

Was the back block also different?

I just purchased a used Spanky Fishbone body, and need to get a bolt fr it, and do not know if I have to track down a 99 bolt, or if I can get a new block and bolt combo.

    Thanks

theres two main differences that i know in the 99 vs 2k cockers, one is that the bolt pins in the back aren't in the same place, 99 is a little farther back if i'm not mistaken, and another difference is the air chamber in front of the valve is smaller on the '99's which means the banjo bolt has different, smaller threads

for your delema i would say to get a new 2k back block and a 2k bolt and you should be set, for the air chamber differences you will be fine as long as you keep your existion front block.

wow all that info and i don't even own any cockers

      front

yeah I knew about the different threads in the front, just wasn't sure if I could get away with a different back block and bolt and get away with it or not.
