Holy crap, that's just about the hottest Mag I've ever seen. Although a 90 degree frame anoed to match may have looked a tad nicer.

I thought about it, but didn't go that way for two reasons.Originally posted by Ov3rmind
Although a 90 degree frame anoed to match may have looked a tad nicer.
1) Practical reason, none of my other marker have/will have 90's on them. If I have to/ want to switch between markers it is easier to do so if they have similar gripframes.
2) Esthetic reason, while Coolhands frame looks great, it is to soft/rounded to match up with the lines of this body.

Yes indeed, one of the coolest guns I have seen. I'm in awe, of course wondering when you are going to sell it. Max did an excellent job on the ano from what I can tell, do you know anyone else that has had their gun anoed by them?_______________________________________

I might not be selling it after all. I was going to sell it for some new computer parts(and that I really don't need two mech backups to my soon to be finished E-mag project). But it looks like my wife and I will be getting a larger that expected tax return, so I might not have a need to sell it. I'll have a better idea after I play with it this weekend. I haven't had good luck playing with mech Mags, but I'm hoping the ULT changes that.
I don't personally know anyone else who has had work done there. I've only seen the markers on their site, and of course my Karta is being done there.2003 SuperBowl Champions!, THE New England Patriots!

Price complaints...
Look at the cost of a well done custom cocker. With custom milling, (not the aim21 bodies..) And a good frame. And someone to take the time to make the trigger truely good. And good front end components. And.. well I think you're getting the picture.
A very very mildy custom autococker from BBT was 1000. One with milling, easily $1200-1300. Westwoods, those listed for $1750. The high end mechanicals from Shocktech, are still between $850 and 1500.
$1200 for a really good mechanical gun. Especially one that won't need to be retimed? (I'll admit, it is something of an art... And poor timing can turn a wonderfull cocker, into a $300 present for me. *grins*) I think you're sitting pretty on a gun of extrodinary value. You paid the right price.
You could ASK for $1200 for that gun.. and probally get it.To be an AGD supporter, one cannot be an AGD bigot. -Nero
