    A Completely Inflatable Field?

How about one of these to support field netting?

Granted that one's a little large....

Well, read the specs. Supports 20lb/sq ft snow loads.

For a field I was thinking replace the exterior covering with netting. Or, the top could be solid with the sides made of netting.

Maybe I don't get the whole picture, but those don't look too spectator friendly.

Some place makes those things for paintball already. They sent me an e-mail trying to get me to buy one.

The photo showed the "tent" setup in some wooded and snowed area with peeps playing SupAir inside.

Cool but too expensive to little old me.

What you could probably have done is have the lower portion made out of clear material that would be then protected by netting so people could just walk by these windows.

www.mightypaintball.com used to have these inflatable arches on which the organizer could drape netting, but their site is down.

Is the company that owns Mighty, and if you contact them they could give you mroe info. There was a link on Mighty's site that showed a some Canadian feild which was using their products.

Sort of what I was thinking. The other "field" linked to needs a continuously running compressor and is ALL inflated walls.

The one I linked to gets in flated to 80psi and only the support ribs are inflated. The fabric over the top could be anything.

For paintball, I'd make it all netting for indoors, perhaps a solid roof for outdoors.

Spectators would be outside the inflatted netted structure.

Granted, you could use the full size military on with netted divisions and have the field out doors with room for spectators, playing field, and staging area.
