    best paint

    i was wondering what the best paint for a 68 automag with a 12 inch Smart parts All american barrel would be. i am looking for accuracy, i also have a 12 inch dye ultralight.

    Just find a brand of paint whose bore matches the bore of your barrel and you are good to go.

                I'm a fan od Nelson's stuff myself. Anarchy is top-quality and consistant. The lower-priced stuff is really good too. Either way, the stuff's never done me wrong! :)

                    I disagree about the bore match part. Find a good round consistent paint that fits through your barrel.

                          the last few times i got allstar it was crap. It wouldn't even fit through a .692 ultralite.

                            EVIL IS DEFINATELY THE BEST PAINT FOR AN AUTOMAG. I HAVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL TOURNEMENTS AND IT NEVER BREAKS IN MY 68 MAG

                              I have found good and bad batches with every paint I have ever used.
                              I tend to agree with the above post.Look for some good round balls,that aren't too brittle,and go.If the paint is round it will shoot well.
