Goggle Fan Questions...

"Hi Everybody!"
I currently have a pair of JT Spectra Therms that I've been VERY happy with, but they're starting to get nasty EEEEEWWWWWW! I am looking into a new pair of goggles. I am sold on the JT Flex 7 Thermals, and pbgear.net has a pretty good price on them ($50). I was also considering getting one of the fans for them (the Vortex ($49) or the X-Wind($29)).

I play mostly indoor stuff and it gets hot. I want the fan to blow on my face when the sweat starts dripping, as opposed to provide fog control. I was wondering what the difference was between these fans, and why the price difference. If anyone knows, I would be VERY grateful.

x-wind

I have an x-wind fan on my JT spectra thermals....mostly because I wear glasses under my mask and they fog. The x-wind clears them up faily quick. I don't leave the fan on, but just turn it on for a fw seconds until the fog goes away.

Don't know about the vortex.

The switch, that's all. The new one has a two position switch to change fan direction, vs. having to swap the battery.
Get the cheap one.
