Because AGD are no longer making the slug bodies needed to make them.

They could if they choose to, but I think they don't want to.

I guess there would be concerns about tolerances and having to program their machines to cut an entire body from a block, rather than milling the cosmetics on an existing AGD spec'd and approved slug body.

Probably other reasons. Not much anyone can do. It's their choice.
