How much would you pay for a 98custom(black), with R/T, GTA expanison chamber, 32degree's 16in. nite stikk barrel, and Flatline. Looking to sell it soon to get an A-5. Thanks

Are you regularly in the business of losing money? I like A5's, and I think they are overall a better marker than a 98, however, if you already have that much invested in your 98, your not going to really gain anything going to the A5.

yeah, i loved my 98, it went down on me once in a year...

Mine had 1 problem in 4 years of faithful service. Only 1. My friends with a-5s are always having problems though. Slap a Halo, Egg2 or a Q-Loader on the 98 and it's faster and more reliable than the A-5.

I can understand brand loyalty but why would you take a lateral step in the marker department. I am huge fan of 98 customs they're the only marker that may be tougher that a mag, but the A-5 is not an upgrade IMHO. In the end it is your money and your marker if you really like the A-5 and have your heart set on it I don't want to tell you not to but I would suggest that you look into getting a more advanced marker if you want one. If the only reason you want an A-5 os because it's the newest hottest thing you may want to think again. Ask some of the guys around here how expensive marker whoring can be. Well that's enough of my rant for now.
