2 piece barrels with full 8"-10" backs

So is there a company that makes a 2 peice solid back(non insert), barrel kit that makes em with a full 8" or 10" back? Im not sure, but i think powerlyte comes the closest to 8" with its inserts.

I think the Dye's and maybe the new Lapcos are pretty close.

Armson SSR's have a 9" back, but they don't have different bore sizes - thus its not a kit or anything

LAPCO's two piece (released just Friday) is a 7.5" back...GREAT BARREL!

Depends on the marker too... my J&J edge kit for my sterling has an 8" control back and a 4" tip. Phantoms are like that too.

but thats because the back has to clear the pump.

J&J will make their kits the way you want. Just call them up and they will make the kit with whatever back length you want, and out of what you want, with the bore sizes you want. I ordered an edge kit for my xmag with 6" Stainless backs(4sizes), 2 tips, very reasonable prices. IIRC, I think they charged me an extra $25 for the SS and the extra inch. They really are the best barrel company i have dealt with.. and they make a great product to

are your Edge backs stepped bore or singular? For all of mine.. it can take some effort to get the ball pushed in, but then it falls like 2" down inside..
