Most correction all pro teams are sponsored and they shoot whatever their sponsor company gives them. Which is why you see so many timmies and SP markers. The larger companies have more money to sink into advertising which is exactly what sponsorship is.

hit it right on the head. And the smaller tourney players, the non-sponsered ones, shoot what they like. Which seems to be mostly e-blades timmys and impys.

So if you think about it, the smaller players who paid for their equipment are basically sponsoring the big guys that they look up to I guess. That's certainly nice of them, heh heh.

I'm thinking of a geometric shape... It's got a square base, and all the sides come up to meet at a single point up top...

                Definitely not on the A-Team.

i don't see many pro teams using cockers anymore, when the eblade came out many were using it but now i see mostly timmys and trixies. almost the only thing they use in xball, except for shockers and impies.

Nows its mostly timmies trixes and imps/shockers. Naughty Dogs used to shoot cockers but now they moved to timmies. Bushwhackers still shoot eblades ot my knowledge.

Why does anyone shoot a gun that costs 1000 if they can buy a BKO that keeps up for 275?

yep....its all about the money... its a vicious cycle...

the comapnies that are bigger can pay more for advertising, making them bigger. the smaller ones can't, making them smaller

the consumer pays for his marker, which pays for the elite player's sponsorship (why do you think a pair of Nike's cost $150 and a pair of new balence's cost $60?)
