I just got my first automag (used) and I'm happy!, but the thing is I was look'in at the valve and it said:

"Smart Mag, Custom built for Smart Parts."

Is that some kind of saying or is it "Smart Parts" (May they lose thier war with ICD).

its' the back of a valve that smart parts made for awhile. ANS made one like that too. It doesn't really improve performance.

The valve was made by agd for smart parts

Actually the air chamber in those guns was bigger. That is a good one to have because it shoots at slightly lower pressure.

At the expense of a slightly slower cycle speed/recharge . But of course you know that and I have to laugh because low pressure = better than anything else haha

This I understand but something's been nagging me lately:

It's been quoted that Tom wants a valve that can take 4500psi direct. Wouldn't that give you a very shallow tank in the end? Isn't there some optimum point (ie graphig tank depth vs operating pressure) that should theoretically work best?
