What kind of difference im I gonna see if I install a power tube spacer kit? Is it really worth the 16 bucks?

It will help if your bolt is sticking. I have one and use it to set the trigger so it don't leak down the barrel. I had to change mine when I added the DYE frame, 'cause the new frame/trigger caused it to leak. Maybe this will help.68 Polished Powerfeed CF60857
