AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
It's true, but you will get a mark for bid retraction and it will stay on your profile for 6 months.
Which doesnt mean much at all... I have over 50 feedbacks and have like 3 canceled bids in the last month and I am sure no one cares. Just when you retract contact the seller and let them know why you retracted your bid. Its not as big of a deal as you are making it out to be

That's not my point. I just don't want to cheer people to crapping on someone else auction.
I think it foolish of the guy to ask $800 for his micromag. He will learn it the hard way by the end of the auction. We can joke all we wanted but don't mess with his auction. This type of conduct should not be encouraged. It's worst than trash someone's for sale thread because this guy pays to list it on ebay.
I agree with SirTim. This guy is probably new to Ebay, didn't realize the worth of the gun. Its his first auction. So why be an Ahole and go and get this guys hopes up. You should've let the auction end, and this guy realize he's asking too much and lower the price. Like SirTim said, leave the auction alone unless you plan on actually buying, its stupid and immature to bid when you're not buying.
edit
Just read he needs the moving cause he's moving and has a kid on the way. Thats great....cause now he thinks someone is going to buy his gun and is maybe already budgeting for the money that he's not going to get. Good job.
Yeah its not a big deal, its just some guys auction which happens to be going on to help support his daughter and family that you just decided to be an Ahole about and mess with. I'm with squid.
Check the MICRO line for hoses.
That marker hasn't been used in some time.
Sounds a little fishy to me.Very strange way to word milling.
Then throwing in the baby on the way thing to tug the heart strings? Eh maybe , but prolly not.

He obviously has just been out of the mix of things for a while dude.
Placing a bid is a contract. If he was so inclined, and knew who you were, he could take you to small claims court for failing to hold up your end of the contract.
When people bid on stuff they don't plan on paying for, they break the system. Stop messing with the system.
Bidding on something you don't intend to buy isn't cool. I just sold my mag on ebay, sent it out COD, and come to find out it was some 13 year old kid that had no intention of paying. I had already budgeted...
