is the elbow fitting on the valve assembly the blue thing behind the bolt.if not what is it

no. the blue thing behind the bolt is a bumper. I'm not compleatly sure but i think the elbow fitting is another name for the Air inlet, or the hole in the bigest side of the valveDAMN THE MAN! SAVE THE EMPIRE!!!
