Ricochet help

Hey, I got a Ricochet hopper, the older one with an LCD screen off of the board about a year ago. When I got it, it didn't work all that well, it wouldn't feed paint unless it happend to drop into the feed neck (no agitation) and the battery compartment only held the battery in enough to power the LCD and hopper if a piece of tape was wedged in at the right angle.

Now the reason for asking about it is because I just read that thread about the Apache, and someone said the customer service from them was really good, would I be able to send it to them to get it repaired?

yup, they have a lifetime warranty and will repair their loaders for free

before they had the o-ring shells, they even offered to send you a new pair of shells if you over sanded the neck

Very interesting, I'll have to find their website and cust service number so I can get that done this week

EDIT: Found their site and sent a problem comment thing, hope that does it, otherwise I'll call later this week.

You know, I've been on this board on and off for almost forever, I remember when everyone got reset and I had to re-register my name and everything, however last time I started actively posting again people started asking me about anno'ing too. I had no idea that a guy would take the name Krazy Ivan and start doing anno.

Ironically my friends gave me this nick in high school and it just stuck, so a long story short, no, I don't do annodizing sorry.

You should put "I don't do anno" under your name.

I've had just about everything replaced on my R2K, for free. I would say their customer service is on par with AGD! Really.

shouldnt take them long,
i had my rico feed neck break in my rtp
and they may have taken a little longer than i hoped but great service none the less.

Rico's "factory" is basicly a block up the road from me... and well ive been a rico user for some time due to the ease of bringing my broken lids and junk to them for quick fixin.

They now sponsor a friends Novice team and provide Apache's as part of that... I originally didnt have faith in their new loader but im warming up to it.
