    the world paintball commitee

Shop 100% grass-fed and pasture raised beef, bison, chicken, elk, and venison that are regeneratively sourced. That means better for you, the animals, and the planet. Shop now and get the most nutrient-dense meat delivered straight to your door. Force of Nature offers the best meat on the planet, for the planet.

theres some startling information in this article, and this looks like a salvation for paintball, and a beginning for paintball as a BIG TIME sport.

Rod Perry (Smart Parts), George Spurlock (Odyssey), Albert Schilling (Odyssey), Jim Winslow (IALEI, Fun Expo), Kristen Kleist (Action Pursuit Games), Sonny Lopez (WGP), Kathryn Gary (Top Gun Paintball), Jim Drew (Wicked Air Sportz), David Zinkham (NPPL), Glenn Cqachianes (Hollywood Sports Park/SC Village), Julio Lagos (Hollywood Sports Park/SC Village)

Sounds like a Smart Parts Death Squad to me... Has any of these "members" been threatened by SP?

But your missing representation from the 800 pound gorilla-NPS.

Also, Jim Drew is involved and you know that means nothing good could come from it except maybe a sanctioning board with a rule book that has AI!

          It Cant Hurt

Well it might be a positive step but will it have any impact?

ASTM standards have been in place and have been enforced, and bi-annual meetings have been taking place.
They dont follow A.S.T.M. Standards. What will be different. A.S.T.M. is voluntary not mandatory

Rodd Perry (Smart Parts) supports the World Paintball Committee. He believes that the organization has been deeply needed. His expertise has led him to a deep concern regarding cylinders and their handling.
Ya ok Then why are tanks mounted to the marker by the reg?
Bad idea. Seems if they would have listened to someone way back some accidents might not have happened.

AGDs answer a fail safe on the reg in case it breaks off.

Anybody remember lawn darts or Jarts as they were called?
Sale in the U.S. BANNED. Know why. Because 3 children were killed by them. 2 people have already been killed from a PaintBall product in the last 5 or 6 months. Can you say C.P.S.C.

Jim Winslow continues to actively help the sport of paintball, but mentions that the World Paintball Committee is crucial in the success of the sport in to mainstream America because in order for the sport to be legitimate to the public, it must have a responsible entity representing the industry of paintball.
Ya sounds like A.S.T.M. Why dont we start with following standards already in place?
