The Trix looks pretty darn fast. yeahitsme, you talking about Burtons gun? I don't remember it being that fast but I haven't seen him (or his gun) for soon time now.

If you have an eggi board in your gun (NYX DM4) there is no reason to ever replace it, but that was a Gen-E LED matrix, and though the stock boards are pretty damn fast, they can't do what you just saw. I think it's possible the NYX can shoot faster because of the adjustable settings and eyes, but for someone with an LED or DYE Matrix (non DM4) if the price is right and assuming there would be a way to plug the Gen-E eyes into the board, who the hell wouldn't want to get this board? Eggi sold off the last 70 or so NYX boards, and they were gone in two weeks. The only aftermarket board for a stock trix right now is the Flops board.

Bounce or not, the gun was still shooting that fast, and these vids are for demonstrating the guns ability, not the ability of the shooter. So I say "show me the bounce".

Uhm... these aren't other boards. They stop shooting when you stop pulling the trigger. :P

You can bounce the bejesus out of our boards if you so choose, however these vids had the bounce turned down.

Without the bounce we're strecthing the limits of the Halo, so there isn't really any reason TO make it bounce.

I expected a bunch of "bouncy" comments when I posted here. I'm not going to be like certain other people and swear that my boards don't bounce, but the debounce WAS turned way down for the videos. These were taken at a team practice day and no one was out to hurt anyone.
