action village shopping

hey..on action village, i purchased a tank and a tank cover..but the tank cover is supposeivly out of stock..and when i go to click on the tank cover it goes to there starting screen, does this mean i will never get my tank cover and im gonna have to deal with their customer service?

call them and see if they dropped the cover from your order or just put it on back-order, they do both in different cases, so its good to find out. just have your order number handy.

I'm pretty lucky.. Action Village is "down the street" for me right over by the O'Hare airport. I look to see what they say they have online and have Nerobro pop over there on his lunch cuz he works so close... They are pretty bad to deal with online or over the phone... fortunately the folks that actually work the storefront at the warehouse aren't all that bad.

Yeah that is true....I live 20 min from them but i was too lazy and ordered online (to skip taxes/sent it to uncles house in Indiana , screwing the system is fun!)...I was missing my marco line and my custom dropforward...it came a week later...

The reason it goes back to the main screen is that they are discontinuing the sale of that item so no one else can purchase it....(its a good thing i live close and know people there)...
