    # of pods..

    For a front/mid player.. 3+2 pod pack or 4+3??

there is a mantis dimand pack (3+2) for 50$(CAN) or the mantis 4+3 for 95$(CAN) or a redz belt and 4+3 pack for ~100$(CAN)?? should i spend the extra 45-50 dollars on 2 more pods?? what should I get??

3+2 should be fine for a front. You'll find it very hard to shoot 5 pods and a hopper playing front .

Here's a solution. Get the 3x2 pack, and here's how you carrt two more pods. Old School, ya-yay!

Take two pods, lay them next to each other so that the openings are opposite of each other. give about an inch of clearance both ways. Now electrical tape them together. You've just created what we called a "Football". You can carry two pods in your hand this way.

And before you reach for your pack, you dump the football in your hopper, and toss it aside when it's empty. And cinsidering that pods are cheeap, you can safe a lot of change that way.

I'd say get a redz harness with the loops. I have 3 primary pod holders as well as 3 loops, so I can play front or mid.

I play mid and use a 4.3 pack. Seems to work out fine. Some games I use all the paint, others I have paint left over. I'd rather have paint left over than run out of paint.

get the 3 + 2 and cut the straps ... that will help when you pull a pod out( wont be as hard to pull) and also you can just throw an extra 2 pods in those loops if you really need to

How about a Redz 5.5 with Empire pants with two extra pods pockets for a grand total capacity of 12 pods? J/K

I would recommend something of a 3.2 harness.

a 3.2 should be more than enough for a front player. i play front and the only time i have ever dropped 5 pods was in a 10 man game that lasted the whole time.
