You know what I want in a barrel kit?

I want a set of one piece barrels. No porting, no inserts. Just a set of like 4 plain jane one piece, nicely honed aluminum tubes, in different bore sizes. It seems to me like that could be made really cheap, and it's all I want. And it doesn't exist.

I think CP makes 1-piece barrels in different bore sizes... You could but like 3 or 4 of those...

And it would be just as expensive as a barrel kit. Seems if you could buy a package, it would be a lot cheaper.

That's funny, you're the second person this week I've heard ask for an unported barrel.

Can I ask you... are you really having problems with paint size variance?

        Definitely not on the A-Team.

Just buy a really big one.

I think Tom sold a kit like that a while back, but there were more barrels, I think it went by .001 increments.

I've been on a quest for unported multi-bore barrels as well. I bought a Freak kit and then a Whitewolf unported Boomy front. 10" and not a bit of porting :)

Here's an old pic of it on my E-Mag

I don't have a real problem w/ porting I just hate cleaning it out, and figure it costs more to make.

And I usually use big bore barrels and if it rolls through, it's fine. Just thinking is all.
