ok guys

i want to dye some plastic items ( pots and halo shells ) but i don't know what i need and how to do it. I need yellow and black dye

btw. I live in the uk so some products you use may not be avalable
in the uk

Some people claim that halo shells aren't dyable, but others say it just takes a long time. However, I think that it is undisputed that RIT dyes are the way to go.

you should be able to get it at any pharmacy. Mix the rit in hot water (watch the temperature because you can deform the plastic.) Allow your parts to soak for 30-40 mins keep the parts moving in the water for the entire time they are in the dye so that you dont gat a blotchy finish (use a BBQ squewr or something).
