Predator Paintball

I ordered a Mac Dev tank on 2-21 5:50pm. After leaning that it's a low pressure reg I sent two emails cancelling the order (2-21 6:02pm). Email is their preferred method of contact. Their policy states that they will answer emails with in 24-48 hours. The tank showed up on the 26th, I refused it so it went back. I have emailed and called with no response from them, voice mail is full. So I turned it over to the bank, now they can't contact them. Bank of America is considering this to be fraud. Reason one, they charged me $11 more than my sales slip shows. Two, there is no contact and no credit to my account. The specs on the reg where not posted on the site. I also see that AGD is a sponsor of this company. Can anyone help or do I need to seek legal action as suggested by the bank?

mac dev is usually really awesome, they may be at hb right now or something so you cant get in touch with them, also it wasnt a conquest was it

Yes it was a conquest. I didn't know it was a LP reg. This matter has nothing to do with Mac Dev. The tank is in the hands of Predator, 3 weeks and not one word and no way to contact them.

AGD can't help you. Predator PB is owned by Oh Pawlak who is sponsored by AGD, or was. I bought my flatline from them a few years ago with no problems. The only thing I could think of would be to mention possible legal action if the e-mail is'nt replied to, in the email title.

I don't know if you saw the post about the guy who had recieved an Xmag he had bought on ebay, and all he got was an empty Xmag box. Well, he had bought that from Sunrisepaintball (username) on ebay. That account was affiliated with Predator paintball. Kinda makes you wonder...

Rob from fixmyangel.com who posts on this forum works out of Predator Paintball in Sacramento, if that helps any... I'm about 30 minutes from them.

Most likely they are at HB since it is a big event close to us.

Thanks for the number, I called and someone answered. Told me too fax everything in. They didnt get the cancellation because their email doesn't work. I think they should update their on-line store with this info, would have saved a ton of crap. I'll have to wait till Monday to find out anything.

i didnt know that the conquest was made in lp. i just thought it could fluctuate from like 100 to 800
