ok like the post says im waiting on agd they have colored valves sitting around they said they have to redo there computer so that they can sell them which really doesnt make alot of sence to me but i went along with it i dont want to upgrade till i atleast know if i can get one or not i even offered to add up to $50 for a colored valve and tehy said it cant be done i know somw people getting the custom rt's have had the same problem ao agd were waiting on you

I believe they said the program needs an upgrade, not the computer.
They probably just need to add the colored valve option into the program. Seems like quick code if they already have the program written.Comment

yeah thats the problem as soon as agd can fix it the tech said they should be able to offer colred valves with upgrades and custom rt's but that doesnt help me know and im stuck waitingComment

the problem wasnt that we couldnt buy them it is that they couldnt add it to my calssic rt upgrade package even if i added some money they said the computers software wouldnt alllow it but ill call tommorow and try againComment

ok got my RA number sending it in the computers still arent fixed so that we can order colred valves with our upgrades but i think it will be ok
