Internet Explorer 6 Bug Fix - DO NOT UNSTICK!

A February Windows Update for Internet Explorer 6 users included a component which caused some users to have difficulty completing internet transactions. This may be the source of your problem. Microsoft has released a patch for its buggy Windows Update here:

If after you apply this patch you continue to have difficulty at our store, please let me know and I will consult with our store specialist. In that case, give me as many details as possible - your browser, version and operating system, what step you were on in the store, and what happened/what error message you received.

I just tried to order and it wouldn't populate the shipping options drop-down with any choices. I couldn't proceed

I tried to order 4500 flatline seats again today but am still having the same problem. I get to the screen where it asks for my prefered shipping method, and the drop down is not populated with any choices - it is just an empty drop down - that is also very skinny

Oh, and my issue isn't related to the IE6 problem.

                Cal--

I'm at home, and I don't think I've ever visited the new store from here. My browser is Netscape 7.1. I went over there and put one Flatline 4500 Reg Seat in my cart and went to check out. When I got to shipping options, everything was fine - so I don't know what to tell you, but it's probably not a bug with the Flatline reg seats. Now it sounds like it's something that's attached itself to your cookie.

What happens if you add something else to your cart, like one barrel O-ring or gosh, a shim, maybe? (Those are cheap.) Do you get the shipping options then?

I tried the same thing (just to see if it worked) with IE6 WITHOUT the update and got the same results. I will try with the update and with netscape 7.1.

I applied the update to IE6 and it works.

It also works with netscape 7.1.
