This can cause not much damage but is hella funny;
take the top sheets off the bed, and with the ones now showing on top, take the bottom and fold it up so you have 2 'tops'. Then put the original top sheet back on top. When he goes to bed, it will be Incredibly tight and some people have broken toes trying to jump into bed hahaha its so funny and it takes them a while to figure out what happened

My buddy used to short sheet his brothers bed all the time.
That was unit his brother ruined a sheet by sticking his foot through it.Comment

Get some "Zap a Gap CA" available at your local hobby shop.Also pick up a bottle of the remover while you are there.
This stuff will not dry until it touches another surface.Put it on a glass, the toilet seat whatever something that you know he will grab or touch soon after applying the glue.This stuff is WAY stronger than superglue and cannot be removed w/o the other bottle.
Sit back and enjoy for a while and then give him the bottle of remover.Comment

just get a bottle of NADS hair remover or Epil Stop n Spray (sp?). Spray it on his head while he's sleeping.
When he wakes up, if he combs his hair or touches it at all it'll just come off in his hand/comb.Comment
