A preset worthy of a mag

    GOOD NEWS!

I went to the under-construction field here (15 min from the house) And they have HPA! Whoo-hoo! and it'll be FREE because they are sponsoring my team!

Now I can trim about 2 pounds of junk off my marker! Maybe I'll even be able to get one of them fancy RT valves and lvlXs!

Enough, now I need a tank. I'm on a tight budget. I tried a 68 screw it and it was super comfy. I think I'm getting a 68 even though I play front because I'd have to shorten my drop to run a 45.

Questions-are all screw in 68ci tanks about the same length?

Are they all about the same? Are there any that I should stay away from? 850 or 800? 4500 or 3000? (this field can only fill 2 3000 and I never carry >500balls)

    I need a screw-in worthy of a mag.

    I'd say a Crossfire 68/3k Since the field can't fill 4500 3k will do!

Is there something good about crossfires? Down there they have bull dog tanks (?) which is the one I tried.

I also figures since I'm kinda going oversize 3000 would be fine and save me some gil.

dont settle for steel... You might as well get a 4.5k tank so you wont have to upgrade again if they ever do...

I'd get a crossfire, centerflag, or nitroduck...
My cheapo ACI bulldogII works good, sofar... I'm wanting to change out, tho.

But what about a fiber wrapped 3000?

          Isn't a wrapped 3000 lighter than a 4500?

I run a fiber wrapped crossfire 68/3k and it's perfect!

they're about the same weight... if you go fiber, you might as well go all the way... Not too much of a price diff

                definatly get fiberwrapped

personally i would get either a crossfire or centerflag

i would also put the extra money out for the 68/4500

you never know when they will get a booster or maybe you will go somewhere that will have 4500.

also the resale value is WAY better on a 4500 system then a 3000

Spend alittle more and go for the 68/4.5k. When you go to another field they may fill to 4500, just do it. And the resale is a bit better on 4.5k's. Look into used tanks as well. You can find some great deals if you look in the right places.

Precisely. I am only looking at used tanks for $ reasons. Bit I guess maybe I should go 4500 anyway.

                    What about 3a tanks?

                            MSRP=$199.99
