Trigger styles: Blade vs Double vs Scythe

Ok, guys... You probably have seen my other thread on trigger style floating around here... I was just curious, what/why does everyone here use/prefer?

    Blade triggers:
Like the Fireblade emag trigger, Razorblade Viking trigger, etc...

    Double triggers:
Stock Emag trigger, Classic intimidator trigger, etc...

    Scythe triggers:
TechnaTrigger Scythe, Frothblade Viking trigger, Claw timmi trigger, etc... angled forward...

    Other:
Custom designs that dont fit into any of the other categories, ie: Lady figure triggers, using a magnet strapped to your glove with the emag, 3-finger triggers, etc... (OMEN triggers are included in this category, too)

    Hey James,

I voted for "blade," but now that I think about it, I revote to "other." I say that because a slightly bent blade, or a curvy blade (like my omen trigger) seems a bit more natural to me.

I completely forgot about the omen triggers... they are different arent they...

I guess they are gonna fall into the "other" category, then...

There's a trigger out for the '03 Shocker that looks really good.

It's a series (like 4-5) of bumps a bit smaller than the middle of a two finger trigger all the way down it.

I'd bet that if I put something like that on my E-Mag, running my finger down it would get the trigger to move back and forth enough to fire once for each bunp. Rakeing that thing would give an insane rate of fire.

          Yeah, I've seen that...

The matrix also has one called the gator trigger or something like that...

I dont like raking triggers... just takes too much effort. Walking is easier for me and more reliable

It's funny, for me it really depends on the gun. I like to rake my non-blade E-Mag but prefer to walk my blade triggered Mephisto.

Now that I think about it, it probably really depends on the way the trigger is shaped and it's interaction with the switch (or sensor).

                      yes and no...

You have to get it in the right place for the HES to recognize it... Its really sensitive, but If you do it right, it works.

I dont think its tournie legal, tho

Sythe, like the CP roller on timmys. It was made with walking the trigger in mind. Since the middle finger usually takes more travel and the index less its a good angle so you can hit the trigger without skipping a shot. Definitely a pimp trigger indeed.

Blade is the basic comfort trigger. Great range of finger placement. Blade for me.
