    classic valve pressure

What is the minimum pressure I can feed to my classic valve and have no shoot down at around 8bps? I want to pre-regulate my mag on Co2.
    Thanks

I would say in the 550-600 range. But why double reg a mag? There is really no reason for it.

'Cause I don't want any liquid getting to the valve. Am I o.k. without a stabilizer or other reg.? Can I get by with an anti-siphon tank?

I was using my mag with an expansion chamber, and I practically never got any liquid into it. Although, I think that some people have used a stab on a mag. If it doesn't starve I'm sure it's good, but I don't know how much the flow will suffer.

HP systems are relatively cheap these days. You should look into one. Mags run way better on compressed air or N2.

you can run a stabilizer on a classic, I did for a while. The output is set at around 500 psi from the factory for the stab, but you can easily increase it if you need to.

I don't have an expansion chamber on my classic. However I do run it remote to eliminate the possibility of liquid getting into the valve. That setup is not for everyone and I do find that the remote gets caught on brush etc when playing woods ball. Other than that I haven't had any problems at all.

When I ran Co2 I gutted my valve and used a stabilizer. Worked pretty well too.
