Help me please!!!

Ok, so, I was lookin at my mask a couple days ago and noticed a pretty large crack in my lense. Now being the safety freak I am I bought a new lense. Now I got it a couple days ago and to my horror I can get it in. Could someone please either A. explain to me how to get it in or B. tell me I need a new mask. Oh, and I am trying out for a team this weekend so I need to know fast!

You just have to work it in, they are hard to dot he first few times
