I wouldn't use glue, not strong enough. Either weld or solder it on, I'd suggest welding over soldering.

I prefer bonding at the nuclear level, fusing two atoms together is definatly stronger than any superlue...

or you could just use some small amounts of clear silicone caulk...

Go to your local auto parts store and pick up one of those kits for re-attaching rear view mirrors. That stuff is silly strong. Also its not too tough to remove if you ever need to.

I ordered some Custom Jewels from Frymark recently. When they came in, she had applied some 3M 2-sided tape to them... That worked fairly well for the time I used it.

Also, Black VCG has a link in his sig to some Adhesive for plastics and rubber. He uses it to glue foamies back onto LX bolts, I thinki'd work for Emag jewels...

                        here ya go:

                        Step 1: Remove grip frame
Step 2: Place jewel into proper position
Step 3: Turn microwave to max heat and set for 10min
Step 4: Place grip frame into microwave and push 'start'
                        Step 5: Run!

                        LOL

Ahhhhh haha I like the post before mine

First get the goo that is already on there off with alcohol...not the drinking kind, the antiseptic.

Then I used a 3m double sided window film. Now one of my custmers gave me some information that he used.

He took the jewel with the 3m on it and used a hairdryer to "melt" them on, he said it worked great.

Which I assume would because the tape it heat shrink tape.

You could try that....I don't advise putting the frame in a microwave though....gahhhhh the thought.

Ah behold the wonders of two part epoxy. And the best part you can get it at the supermarket. You'll never have to worry about the jewel falling off again.
