    Regs?

What is a good second stage reg, I thought about getting one from hybrid but is there any better to let me run on low psi?

how much is your price range. I would go with a fatty stabilizer. Its cheaper than the original, smaller and doesn't require you to buy the LP spring like the original.
I have 2 of the originals. they adjust from 0-900psi. they work pretty decent and require basically no maintenance. I run them on 2 cockers.

The Sidewinder is an excellent reg and it is actually one of the most simple regulators on the market. There are 2 orings on the adjustment screw, one oring on the stem and one around the stem. I have been using a Sidewinder for 2.5 years or so and have never had any trouble whatsoever with them. They are simple, maintenance free, good regulators.

Stabilizer=my kind of part. Never had the slightest bit of want for more performance and no maintenance. I have 3. I'd get a fatty.

                  sidewinder is a great reg

i would either go with a sidewinder or a customproducts reg
both are great and really consistant after you break them in

I'll be the odd man out and say torpedo.

Once they're broken in (reg seals are hard as granite, but durable as hell), they are very consistent.

Sidewinders require next to no maintenance...they're nothing like MaxFlo's.

I highly doubt a new product is cheaper than the original (the stabilizer). The original (IIRC) didn't require an LP spring and the fatty is not 0-900, they're 0-450.

that's way plenty for an inline... I think with the exception of the MaxFlo (which I wouldn't get anyway), no inline goes for more than $100.

hmmm, i thought you needed ~150 psi difference between each reg for them to be consistent? aka, in my case, 1k coming out of the 68/45 AA Apoc, 850 coming out of the AA Black Ice, then tune the Xvalve til your fps is right (which would be ~700psi?) or am i totally confused?

                              A) It's actually 200-250 psi difference
                              B) The X-Valve doesn't need an inline regulator... adding one will actually decrease performance
                              C) Though I forgot to mention it before, the Torpedo is basically a Stabilizer clone.
