k sorry im getting off the spelling B subject here but 1 reason that not much orange is in alot of tourney rules orange is outlawed in clothing because of paint color and being hard to see. So that could be the same thinking about markers. BUT to me that would mean just about any color anymore would hall under the same rules and dont. But if you notice you dont find the bright colors in markers and parts much. I would think it goes to the hard to see paint on them thing.
