    Need some advice .... shipping problem

    I ordered some items from G3PB.com and Moodypaintball.com ... now according to tracking info, these packages both arrived on March 31st. However no one in my house received them, none of my neighbors have them, and the office doesnt have them.

    What kind of recourse do I as a buyer have in this situation?

      Have you contacted the companies?

      Did you purchase them with a credit card?

          Yeah so far both have said that as far as they see the packages have been delivered. I paid through paypal and have filed complaints on both packages.

              I don't think you can do too much for now, but I'd give them a couple days then call the credit card company and cancel payment if they don't arrive.
