    E-Mag Safety Question??

Well today was my first official day playing with my E-Mag. I just plan love it, but there is one problem that I have. At first I thought there was something wrong with it cause it would stop firing. Then I realized that the safety was on again and in every game I would hit the safety and turned it back on.

So does anyone else have/had this problem with their safety? If so what did you do to fix it? I was thinking of just removing the safety and use the switch as a safety by turning it to the 3 o'clock position. If there is anything else I can do let me know. I don't really feel like having that hole open from the safety.

Weird... mine is exceedingly hard to push... there is no way for it to come accidentaly engaged or disengaged. This is one of the things I really like about this gun. I would pull it apart and make sure the ball bearing and spring are still in there. If not its time to get some new ones.

It may be missing the safety spring and ball detent.
        Take a look:

edit: Turning the selector to the 3 o'clock position will not keep it from firing reliably.

Nope just check that and they are there. I guess I'll just get a new spring and see if that helps.

apparently in ULE e-mag frames, the safety is usually REALLY easy to push for some reason, while the non-ule frames are a real PITA to push

i ended up having to dremel the safety out of my micro-e when it got jammed... that darned POS

i hated the safety anyways, i just kept it in e-mode and put the yellow pin back in
