at madness this year they had a charity event set up. i dont remember the actual name of it but we called it murder ball. it was crazy

1st you start with no paint in your hopped, then you go and its like normal paintball, but you can be reffed from the stands. if you get shot in the fifty you go to the dead box but you can caoch from there. and if someone else on your team makes it to the center fifty they can hit a air horn and bring you back in. it was crazy. i went a nd played with bea young. some dude asked me if i wanted to play and i was in a short sleeve shirt shorts and sandals. i was like give me a mask and i grabbed my gun. the refs were all high fivein me, it was cool, but no cameras so i was pissed. but all in all it was freakin cool

Its a new series that they are doing, called penalty box I believe, someone posted a thread about it here, looks pretty fun. Pretty much, 3 players, the ref says go, if you get shot out, you go to the penalty box, there are 2 horns on each side of the 50, if you blow the horn, your teammate gets re-inserted. I believe 3 re-insertions per person, or it might be for the whole team.

i think he meant you start w/ no paint in your hopper, instead of requiring people to point away from the other team, or down, etc, meaning as soon as the game starts you're dumping a guppy into your loader....

sorry fellas i was in a hurry.

1st you start with no paint in your hopper. as soon as the air horn blows you can put paint in. then its like normal paintball, except they have an area marked, if you get shot in that area of the field you can come back in as soon as one of your team mates blows the air horn at the center fifty. the area thats marked off is basicly the fifty. if you get shot in the fifty you still go to the dead box, but you come back in. if you get shot outside the fifty your gone for the rest of the game. and you win by eliminating everyone.

that sounds bad arse...jhow close is the dead box to the field? and can u get hit on your way back in? and do u have to be in the marked area in order to be able to come back in

the dead box is the start box (actually behind it) as soon as the buzzer sounds your back alive so if you get hit after the buzzer your gone. and yes you have to be in the marked area to come back in.

another cool thing i forgot to mention is that if your waiting to come back in you can coach your other players.

i tell you what, its one hell of a bunker fest.
