Since we have time to plan may I suggest a few things:

A display showing how to check for tank safety. We should be able to dig up examples of how the tank safety problems occured, how to prevent and how to check. Since this will be a showcase event we'll have a bunch of newer players and hopefully teach more people how to keep the sport safe.

Pictures of how to properly degass a marker with a CO2 tank. I've seen field staff at different field pointing the valve down while unscrewing.

How about having do hydro testing at the event. Maybe show a video on how it's done.

Paintball mask safety and what to look for when inspecting. I'm sure we have one or two people on the board that can donate a lens that's taken a direct hit from close range or shows a crack.
