Boomstick help

I have a 16" dye ironman boomstick that i bought used. supposedly these barrels are two piece however i can get mine apart. do they come apart or are they called 2 piece and have two pieces that dont come apart. If they do come apart how can i get it apart with out tearing up the barrel? Thanx for the help.

I got 2 of them but I don't think they come apart.

they aren't supposed to come apart...

Only the Freak, CP, JT and Avalanche serise of barrels come apart.

2 peice as in step bore and is half alum half ss.

Boomsticks are 2-piece but they should not come apart. If it comes apart, I'd send it back to DYE to see if they can fix it, or possible replace it.
