Simple, they are attacking the company with the superior products. Take out the Big Dog in the industry and the smaller ones will run with their tails between their legs. Other companies have already paid an "undisclosed settlement". I don't know if this is the case for AGD, but it seems that they took themselves off the "hit list". The companys official statement is that they are going to wait out the legal issues and see who comes out on top.

Well, I really hope that by this time next year AGD will be able to make them again. I wanted to buy one very badly but I was going to wait for them to actualy come out on the market and buy it then. It would be great if Tom could at least let us know if they "might" be able to make them sometime in the future. I would wait for it if I knew that much. Anyway, this really stinks becuase even though my friends say I am wrong, I know that Mags are awsome guns, probably some of the best you can buy, and I got to see an XMag in action at a local tournament that my old team hosted. I was quite impressed. I even got to shoot it and I was even more impressed.Comment
