im lookin at the TKO (now called PBG) automag packages at pbgear.com...that would use a high pressure tank right, like if i chose froma crossfire or 3a it would be the 800psi one correct?...and does anyone know anything about the 3a tanks besides the centerflag reg....and how they perform against a crossfire...thanks...

Yes, you want the ~800psi model.
As for tanks- I recommend Centerflag or Crossfire. 3A isn't the best company out there. I've seen those regs crap out on the regular. -

CenterFlag is a current regulator supplier for 3A. However, not all of the systems that 3A sells include our regulator. If you want the CenterFlag reg when you order I would be sure to specify.AO's resident CenterFlag salesguy...
