I checked that page and they were metal.

Try www.paintballtogo.com and search on: PMI Hpa fill nipple cover
under the CO2/HPA Category. This will seal as well or better and there is less hanging out that would get caught on something.

The shop that Dayspring works, sells some really cheap awesome rubber fill nipple covers. They're pretty neat, you can give em a call and they'll send you some.
