Vforce Profiler... A+ in my book. *review*

Well I got my profiler a couple weeks ago and gave it it's first run last Saturday. First off the mask is completly insane. It's light, soft and has a field of vision that is unbelievable. I love how it's lenses are quick and easy to change. Makes me wish all masks were that easy to replace lenses. The visors included with the mask are a little different. One looks like a tiara and the other looks like a sun visor w/ a tiara. In the end they do the good duty of protecting your forehead. With me I still took two shots off the head. I did get a couple bounces off the rubber mask frame which was nice, considering with my old proteus I would of broke a ball. The mask fits over my glasses w/o any problems. It protected my chin and for the most part my forehead w/ the visor(s). It also has good ventillation and kept my glasses from fogging up, it was raining and I only partially fogged my glasses but it cleared shortly after. Only draw back besides the price. When I was yelling I was getting a little bit of feedback. Something I hardly got with the Proteus, but the mouth ventilation is at an angle that it looks to keep paint from getting in the mouth which is a plus. Overall I give the mask a 9.5 out of 10 and the only deduction is the price and partial feedback. I recommend it to anyone that is willing to spend the money on it.

My friend bought one and I am definately jealous. His profiler is SO much more comfortable than my proteus. Now I just wish I had $100 for one .

RD, ever tried the Morph? If so, how does the Profiler compare?

Haven't used a Morph system but they do use the same lense system. Other then that I have no idea.

I came from the morph to the profiler. They feel more or less the same but the profiler feels a little lighter. The field of vision is a bit better in the profiler due to the whole mask being closer to the face than the morph. The big draw is the lower profile (duh). The one piece design wraps closer to the head and the smaller beak is less to hit too. The soft front takes a suprising amount of bounces. The v-flector (tiara thingy) has also done a great job of throwing paint off that would otherwise break on your forehead. It looks a tad goofy but so do forehead hickies so I wear mine.

The profiler is basically a morph without everything that was wrong with the morph.

How was the Morph with fogging? About the same?

I have profilers! Best goggle system I have used yet. I really like JTs, but they look dated, I hated the DYE invisions, but the profilers are def the best there is!

adam- the fogging on the Morph is the same as on the Profiler. I had the Morph for 3 years before I bought the Profiler and neither has ever fogged on me.

Cool I just bought a Profiler. I figure if I splurge on anything it should be the mask.

I have been itching to upgrade my goggle system from my uber Flex 7. My problem is fog. Hate, hate, dislike it, hate it. Being a rec/scenario player I ball in the woods primarily and need some good anti-fog goodness. Between my Flex and fan I never have a problem....in you opinion would the Profiler be something I should check out?

I tried the Proteus and Dys system but didnt care for either.

Moved from a flex to the profiler..

I love mine. Great mask. Lighter and better lense then my flex. Just awesome. Can't say enough about them.

Yeah I just got my profiler this week. I paid $73 at my local PEVS. They were having there annual sale and couldn't resist picking one up for the price.

I've yet to play with it on the field but it's immensely better than my JT Proshield Spectra. The proshield has a very rigid face partion while the profiler is uber soft. It's also extremely light and the lenses seem to be clearer and have a better field of vision. The ease of changing the lenses is also a big plus. The entire line of JT goggles needs to be redesigned for that purpose, it takes too long and is entirely to hard to remove the lenses out of the JT goggles (except for the FX10, but i've never used one of those)

Plus did I mention they are super cool looking? I got the red profileres and it looks like i'm using the tiara visor

I HAVE ONE!!! I agree with everything RoadDawg says except I don't have glasses.

So I guess that means we're the only two cool people going this weekend.
