Psychoballistics Lightning 'Cocker

My friend was thinking of getting one of these and I wanted to do a little digging for him. So does any one know if they're any good? He wants to make sure that psychoballistics isn't a spinoff of 32 degrees since he saw the siver bullet with psycho'.

lets just say i liked it cause it was a cocker and the price was low.

once i got the thing it was a completely different story.

i can't really tell you how good it is since i never got it working. you can probably ask old man classicmagger, cause i sold my psycho ballistics lightning cocker to him for him to tinker with

the lightning is crap. tell your friend to save up another hundred and get a ccm series 5 if he wants a cocker. if you look around you can find them for $440ish. they are a great bang for the buck and there is really nothing you need to replace on them.

-or-he could also go with a mag and get the ULE custom deal thingie. either one would be better than the lightning.

hhmm. I'll have to tell him its no good just like the BTB he has (broken connecting pin). Maybe I should point him toward an RT 'Mag.

I was looking at a Lightning also, then once I did some research I ran like hell! The best advice that I have received so far for getting a autococker is to to WGP, CCM, or Works.

No, Dennis never got the Lightning working. (He pawned the gun off on me) I got it working fine. It took a bit of tinkering, but I got it to work and eventually sing.

Overall, I would NOT buy one. Too much crap, happened with it and overall it sucked.

Mr. Kaye is right. It is a cheap WGP copy. But who knows with K2 all WGP cockers might be Chinese.

Yes, a cheap copy of WGP. As in, not a good copy. Actually it is a copy of the Dye Autococker. Just spend a little bit more and get a 2003 or 2004 WGP.
