Is it possible to get unannodized ULE bodies... I like the ULE body, dont want to mess with a sluggo... but am looking to get a very obnoxious colroed marker

Availability of stock at any given time is the issue, you might wait a few weeks. Ask for the washer and C-clip uninstalled. Install after ano. They can be a pita sometimes to pry/yank out.
