How big of a differnce does going down in spring size make ?

Alright im getting crap efficency right now. I just got it backed tuned from agd because there was problems with the trigger rod or whatever it ended up being bent. I got a full 3k fill and played 2 games w/ a hopper and 3 pods on the last pod refill about 1/4 the way through I got huge shoot down and had to call out. Just pulled the springs out to look and i have a silver and red one. BTW thanks agd for not replacing the red spring wich i sent in with my gun for repair. It is all burly and rough half the anno didnt take on it either so its all clumpy as well. I had to send it back the day I got it.

Anyways.. how much increased efficency would I see jumping down a spring size ?

Also how much efficency increase would I see going to the loosest carrier that doesn't leak ?

I can't see that it would make a lot of difference, since the lvlX only lowers efficiency with 5-10%
